Product Introduction
ZW self-priming non-blocking sewage pump is a new type of pump integrating self-priming and sewage developed based on the structure and performance of ZX self-priming centrifugal pump and QW submersible sewage pump and by learning from the advantages of similar foreign products. It is not only unnecessary to install the bottom valve like the general clean water self-priming pump, but also can suck the dirt, sediment, waste mineral impurities, fecal treatment and all engineering sewage and colloidal liquid with the diameter of large particles of 60% of the outlet diameter and the fiber length of 1.5 times of the impeller diameter, completely reducing the labor intensity of manpower, convenient installation and use and little maintenance.
Product Features
Strong blowdown capacity: special impeller anti-blocking design ensures high efficiency of pump without blocking.
High efficiency and energy conservation: excellent hydraulic model is adopted, and the efficiency is 3-5% higher than that of general self-priming pump.
Good self-priming performance: the self-priming height is 1m higher than the general self-priming pump, and the self-priming time is shorter.
Application Field
It is applicable to the transportation of industrial wastewater and urban domestic sewage. The biggest advantage is that it has a strong self-priming capacity. The suction pipeline does not need to be installed with a bottom valve. It can transport the wastewater containing solid particles and fiber materials. It is widely used in mines, construction sites, hospitals, hotels, sewage treatment and other occasions.
