Product Introduction
WQ (QW) non-clogging submersible sewage pump has the characteristics of excellent energy conservation, anti-winding, non-blocking, automatic installation and automatic control. Compared with the traditional impeller, the impeller of the pump adopts the form of single flow passage or double flow passage. It is similar to a bend with the same section size, and has very good flow performance. With a reasonable volute chamber, the pump has high efficiency, and the impeller has passed the dynamic and static balance test, making the pump free from vibration during operation.
Product Features
Unique single-blade or double-blade impeller structure is adopted, which greatly improves the dirt passing capacity and can effectively pass through 5 times of the pump diameter and solid particles with diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.
The mechanical seal adopts new hard and corrosion-resistant tungsten titanide material, which can make the pump operate safely and continuously for more than 8000 hours.
The overall structure is compact, small in size, low in noise, obvious in energy conservation effect, convenient in maintenance, no pump house is needed, and it can work in water, greatly reducing the project cost.
The seal oil chamber of Shanghai Sunshine QW sewage pump is equipped with a high-precision anti-interference water leakage detection sensor, and a thermal element is embedded in the stator winding to automatically protect the pump motor.
Full-automatic control cabinet can be equipped according to the user's needs to automatically protect the pump against water leakage, leakage overload and overtemperature, improving the safety and reliability of the product.
The float switch can automatically control the start and stop of the pump according to the required liquid level change, and no special person is required for watching, so it is easy to use.
QW submersible sewage pump can be equipped with double guide rail automatic coupling installation system according to the user's needs, and the installation and maintenance are convenient and simple.
There are two different installation modes: fixed automatic coupling installation system and mobile free installation system.
Application Field
It is applicable to the transportation of industrial wastewater and urban domestic sewage. The biggest advantage is that it has a strong self-priming capacity. The suction pipeline does not need to be installed with a bottom valve. It can transport the wastewater containing solid particles and fiber materials. It is widely used in mines, construction sites, hospitals, hotels, sewage treatment and other occasions.
